太原市地理信息公众查询系统设计与实现

随着智慧城市的发展，公众对城市地理信息服务的需求日趋多样化，综合运用网络技术、计算机智能技术、GIS技术等多种手段，建立城市地理信息公众查询系统，将很大程度上提升城市地理信息服务水平。本文在分析公众查询系统可行性的基础上，以太原市为例，运用C#语言和ArcGIS Engine 二次开发组件实现了太原市地理信息公众查询系统。本系统主要实现了以下功能：地图的放大、缩小、还原、漫游、点选择、面选择、距离和面积的量算；图层的显示和隐藏、图层控制功能、图例显示功能、鹰眼功能、被选择目标的闪烁功能、标签的显示功能；以及公交车站查询、地名查询、查找最近地物、公交换乘等。本系统重点实现了对山西省太原市地理信息的查询与检索，旨在为公众出行提供及时准确的地理信息服务。

Design and Implementation of Public Geographic Information Inquiry System of Taiyuan City Based on ArcGIS Engine

With the development of smart city, the public demand for urban geographic information service has become increasingly diverse. To build the urban geographic information query system for the public will largely enhance the level of urban geographic information services based on the technologies of network, computer intelligence, GIS and so on. Then taking Taiyuan as example, the system of Taiyuan city geographic information query for the public is designed using c # language and ArcGIS Engine secondary development component implements. The functions of the system mainly include the following：map of amplification, narrow, reduction, roaming, point selection, selection, distance and area measurement, the layer of showing and hiding, the layer control function, legend display function, eagle eye function, the selected target flash function, the label display function;also includes such query functions as the bus station query, the place name query, the recent features query, the bus transfer query and so on. This system can mainly perform the query and retrieval about geographic information of Taiyuan city in Shanxi Province. It is aiming for providing timely and accurate geographic information service to the public.
