| 摘 要： | 基于社会需求和测绘发展的背景对数字地理空间框架进行了分析,内容包括数字地理空间框架提出和建设的必然性,总体需求,基本内容,数据体系。指出数字地理空间框架是现代测绘发展条件下测绘成果的新体系,是现代测绘发展的基本任务和主要目标,需要从信息社会的历史背景和测绘转型的战略高度去认识、规划和实施。

| Abstract: | Based on the background of social requirements and developments of surveying and mapping,the paper analyzes necessity and macroscopic demand of proposing and constructing digital geo-spatial framework,dissects core contents and fundamental data system.Then it draws a conclusion that digital geo-spatial framework is a new achievement system of modern surveying and mapping,and has become a basic task and core objective of modern surveying and mapping,which needs to be understood,planned and implemented from a strategic altitude of transition of surveying and mapping in the historical background of information society. |
