| 摘 要： | 第二次土地调查建立了全国统一的土地利用数据库,为实施"一张图"管理奠定了基础,可以说是我国国土资源管理进程中的一个里程碑。文章从分析二次调查取得的成果,土地利用动态遥感监测的目的意义出发,结合实际工作情况,探讨了在二次调查基础上开展土地利用动态遥感监测的方法和注意事项,以通过土地利用动态遥感监测和变更调查确保二次调查成果的现势性,使遥感监测适应当前形势的需要。

| Abstract: | The countrywide database was constructed in the second time countrywide land survey.The construction of countrywide database lays the foundation for integrated management of land resource,which is a milestone in the process of land resource management.In order to ensure that the result of the second time countrywide land survey can be kept under the present situation,this paper analyses the result of the second time countrywide land survey and the purport of dynamic detection of land use by remote sensing,then discusses the methods and matters needing attention in the application of remote sensing in dynamic detection of land use changes. |
