| 摘 要： | 利用GIS技术建立土地定级估价信息系统在目前大中城镇土地定级估价中显得尤为重要.介绍组件式GIS的技术特点及解决方案，并结合新疆城镇特点，提出了一些使用组件式GIS技术建立新疆城镇土地定级估价信息系统的设计思想，并对系统模块的组成进行了分析与设计。

| Abstract: | It is extremely important that utilization of GIS in decide-grade and appraisement of town land.the paper introduces the characteristics of component GIS and the resoluble project,which based on the trait of Xinjiang's town,discusses some design ideas about how to establish the grading and evaluation information system of urban land, analyses and devises the compose of the system module. |
