| 摘 要： | 介绍了组件式地理信息系统的基本概念及其相关技术,以及美国ESRI公司开发的全组件化GIS组件Ar-cEngine.在分析了基于ArcGIS系统软件和ArcEngine组件库系统开发应用方式后,介绍了利用VB实现基于Ar-cEngine的应用系统的基本流程,并以辽宁省基础空间数据库管理系统的设计和实现为例,说明了基于ArcEngine组件库实现客户应用的过程.最后总结了ArcEngine组件GIS开发的优点,并指出了未来在数据管理和应用中需要完善的工作.
