| 摘 要： | 开展青川县灾后重建3维辅助决策系统建设,旨在展示浙江省援建青川所取得的建设成就,提供科学的、现势性强的基础测绘成果资料,为青川的灾后规划、重建提供辅助决策,发挥测绘地理信息的服务保障作用。本文简要介绍了系统的建设目标及主要任务,并对系统的实现方法、关键技术进行了详细介绍。

| Abstract: | The construction of Qingchuan County post-disaster reconstruction 3D assistant decision making system is intended to demonstrate the Qingchuan county construction achievement aided by Zhejiang province,provide scientific and up-to-date basic surveying and mapping data,aid Qingchuan county in post-disaster planning and reconstruction decision making,and play surveying,mapping and geographic information’s role of support and service.This paper briefly introduces the goal and main task of the system construction,and introduces in detail the implementation method and key technique of the system. |
