| 摘 要： | 针对哈尔滨市传统城市规划监察执法中存在的问题,基于GPS, GIS, RS, VRS等空间信息技术,研究了数字城市规划监察系统的建设,分别从建设环境、系统总体结构、系统数据库与软件建设等多方面进行探讨,并详细阐述了关健技术的实现.

| Abstract: | In response to the problems in the traditional urban planning supervision of Harbin,this paper studied on the establishment of the system of digital city planning supervision based on GPS,GIS,RS,VRS and some other technologies.The discussion of this paper included the environment of urban planning supervision system,the system architecture,the construction of database,the development of software and some others.At last,this paper discussed implementation of the critical technologies in detail. |
