基于ArcGIS的省级基础地理信息数据库系统研究

基础地理信息系统是国家空间数据基础设施(NSDI)的核心部分,省级基础地理信息数据包括1∶10 000,1∶50 000,1∶250 000等不同比例尺4D数据。其数据量巨大,数据要素复杂,数据应用广泛。合理高效地建立省级基础地理信息数据库系统是省级测绘地理信息局信息化建设的关键。本文探讨了ArcSDE结合Oracle海量空间数据的存储与管理,以及基于ArcGIS Engine的省级基础地理信息数据库系统的实现及其功能与业务应用,阐述了系统的技术路线及业务流程,为省级测绘部门建立基础地理信息数据库提供借鉴。

Research on Provincial Fundamental Geographic Information Database System Based on ArcGIS

Fundamental geographic information system is the core of national spatial data infrastructure(NSDI).Provincial fundamental geographic information includes 4D data of various scales such as 1∶10 000,1∶50 000,1∶250 000.These data is large in quantity,complex in essential elements and applied widely.Rational and efficient establishment of provincial fundamental geographic information database system is the key of the construction of information-based provincial administration of surveying,mapping and geo-information.This paper discusses the storage and management of massive spatial data based on the combination of ArcSDE and Oracle,and the realization and application of provincial fundamental geographic information database system based on ArcGIS Engine,and elaborates on the technical route and operation workflow of the system,that provides useful reference on building provincial fundamental geographic information database system for provincial department of surveying and mapping.
