面向自然资源与地理空间基础信息库的综合信息产品在线定制模式——以浙江省为例

自然资源与地理空间基础信息库是电子政务建设的四大重要基础信息资源库之一,综合信息产品库是其中的重要建设内容。本文在分析了综合信息产品库现存问题以及用户需求的基础上,进行了"以用户为中心"的综合信息产品在线定制模式的设计。针对用户综合信息产品浏览、综合信息产品个性化定制和自主制作信息产品3个层次的需求,本文相应地提出了"我要看图""我要改图"和"我要作图"3个板块,并围绕这3个板块设计了一种层次递进的在线定制模式。最后以浙江省综合信息产品库为例,基于该模式进行了综合信息产品在线定制系统的构建,验证了其可行性。

Online Customization Mode Oriented Comprehensive Information Products of Natural Resources and Geospatial Fundamental Database: A Case of Zhejiang Province

The basic information databases of the natural resources and geospatial information are one of the four essential basic infor-mation databases of the e-government development in China. Comprehensive information product database is one of the important construction contents. Based on the analysis of the existing problems and the needs of users of comprehensive information product data-base, this paper has designed the online customization mode of comprehensive information product through the user centered principle. This paper has put forward three sections including "I want to view map","I want to edit map" and"I want to make map" over the three levels of user demands including comprehensive information product browsing, comprehensive information products customization and independent production of information products accordingly. Then a hierarchical progressive online customization mode of compre-hensive information product is designed around these three sections. Finally, this paper took Zhejiang Province as an example, a sys-tem of comprehensive information products customization based on the mode is built. And the feasibility of the mode is verified.
