摘    要:随着高分辨率卫星影像数据源和数据量的增多,如何高质量、快速地完成卫星影像快速正射纠正,更好地为后续生产和影像解译服务,满足各行业需求,是影响卫星影像应用的重要因素。本文总结近年来全国卫星遥感影像正射纠正处理经验,并结合卫星影像数据特征和参考资料情况,提出了以GXL-PCI软件为平台,基于参考影像的方式进行卫星遥感影像快速正射纠正和质量检查,完成全国范围内年度一版的卫星影像数据正射纠正处理工作,并证明了卫星影像与参考影像准确配准的准确率在99%以上,并可以通过检查控制点个数的方法对问题影像进行准确定位,同时,对于初始定位精度较差的卫星影像,提出了RPC模型重建方法进行正射纠正,精度满足同等要求。

Abstract:With the increase of high-resolution satellite image data source and volume,how to complete the satellite image ortho recti-fication with high quality and speed,meet the needs of various industries,and better serve the subsequent production and image inter-pretation is an important factor influencing the application of satellite image.On the basis of summarizing the experience of ortho recti-fication processing of nationwide satellite remote sensing image and combining with the situation of satellite image data features and ref-erence information,this paper proposes to use the GXL-PCI software to complete the annual satellite image data ortho rectification and conduct the satellite remote sensing image rapid ortho rectification and quality inspection based on the reference image.It is proved that the accuracy of accurate registration between satellite image and reference image is above 99%,and the problem image can be accu-rately positioned by checking the number of control points.At the same time,the RPC model reconstruction method is adopted to solve the ortho rectification of the image with poor initial positioning accuracy,and the accuracy meets the same requirements.
