测绘地理信息业务档案信息化管理建设浅析

为全面推进信息化体系建设,提高测绘生产单位档案管理和应用的规范化、信息化水平,建立档案信息化管理长效机制,本文结合测绘地理信息业务档案信息化管理建设工作实际,分析了档案管理现状及存在的问题,从制度标准、软硬件开发升级、档案分类整理、管理人员培训和安全保障措施等方面提出了加强档案信息化管理的措施要点,简要地介绍了档案信息化管理系统的建设实例,并展望了测绘地理信息业务档案信息化管理的未来发展。

Analysis on the Construction of Information Management of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Business Archives

In order to comprehensively promote informationization system construction,improve the standardization and informationization level of the surveying and mapping units in archives management and application,and establish a long-term archives informatization management mechanism,this paper analyzes the status quo of and the problems in archives management based on the actual construction work of business archives informatization management of surveying and mapping information and puts forward a measure to strengthen the construction of archives informatization management from the aspects of system standards,software and hardware development and upgrade,archives classification and arrangement,management training,and safety precautions.Besides,this paper also briefly introduces some actual cases of archives informatization management system construction and looks into the future of business archives informatization management of surveying and mapping information.
