摘    要:风浪要素是海洋环境信息中影响舰船航行安全与人员作业的首要因素.基于GIS技术对海洋风浪信息服务系统进行了设计,实现了台风信息与海浪信息的可视化表达.该系统可为舰船航行中的海洋水文气象保障提供必要的辅助决策,也可为同类GIS系统的设计与开发提供一些参考.

Abstract:Wind and wave element of marine environment information is the principle factor which influences ships' safety and personnel operation.This paper designed the marine wind and wave Information Service System based on GIS technologies,and implemented the visualization expression of typhoon and sea waves information.The system could offer essential aid-decisions for naval marine hydrometeorology support and give some valuable references to the design and development of similar types of GIS systems.
