基于MODIS-NDVI时序数据的重庆市植被变化研究

摘    要:采用最大值合成(MVC)与最佳指数斜率提取(BISE)组合法和时间序列谐波分析法(HANTS)对重庆地区2006~2010年的共五年MODIS-NDVI时序数据进行降噪处理与数据重构,对重构结果进行对比与评价,并选其优者来评估重庆市的植被生长动态变化。结果表明,HANTS方法的除云去噪效果优于MVC与BISE组合法;2006~2010年,重庆市400 m以下的地区植被变化较大,400 m以上的区域植被呈连续变好趋势,研究结果可为重庆市生态保护与生态建设提供依据。

Abstract:In this paper,we reconstruct and denoise MODIS-NDVI sequential data from 2006 to 2010 in Chongqing city by means of two common methods-the modified Best Index Slope Extraction(BISE) combined with the Maximum Value Composite Synthesis or MVC and the Harmonic Analysis of Time Series(HANTS) respectively.The reconstructed results were compared and evaluated,and the better method was used to evaluate the dynamic change of vegetation growth during previous five years in Chongqing city.The results show that the HANTS method performs better than the combined method of MVC and BISE in cloud denoising.From 2006 to 2010,the vegetation changes greatly in area of the elevation below 400m,but shows continuous increase trend in area of that above 400m.The research results can provide useful advice on ecological protection and construction in Chongqing city.
