倾斜摄影在城市规划管理中的应用研究

近年来,随着“智慧城市”的发展,城市规划管理也逐渐从二维升级到三维,新型的倾斜摄影测量技术和三维可视化技术相结合,为城市三维模型的快速建模提供了新的研究方向。本文在深入调研规划管理工作基础上,研究了倾斜摄影快速建模的方法,构建了基于倾斜摄影的三维模型,提出了三维规划管理平台建设,从而实现了二三维一体化显示、三维空间分析、规划项目审批、违法建筑监察等功能,为城市规划建设提供辅助支持。

Research on the Application of Tilt Photography on Urban Planning and Management

In recent years,with the development of“smart city”,urban planning management has gradually upgraded from 2D to 3D.The combination of new tilt photogrammetry and 3D visualization provides a new research direction for the rapid modeling of 3D urban models.After in-depth research program management work,this paper studies the tilt photography rapid modeling methods,constructs a 3D model based on oblique photography,3D planning management platform construction is put forward,so as to realize the integration of 2D and 3D display,three-dimensional space analysis,planning,project examination and approval,the illegal construction supervision,and other functions,which provides auxiliary support for urban planning and construction.
