摘    要:绿化隔离带是大城市重要的基础生态设施,对其进行监测和管理是一项复杂的工程。文章以北京市为例,在GIS技术支持下对绿地监测管理系统的基础框架、数据库结构、服务接口、应用模型及系统功能进行设计。本系统以大比例尺基础测绘数据、规划数据、绿地数据为基础建设数据库,并采用面向服务的架构模式(SOA),以ArcGIS Server 9.3为GIS开发平台,以.NET 2008和Adobe Flex builder为开发环境进行开发。系统实现了绿地数据的展示、查询、监测、统计等功能,具有界面美观、操作简便、实用性强等特点,为城市绿化隔离地区绿地的监测管理提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:Monitoring green belt is a key issue in urban ecological management.Based on the GIS technology,this study presents the development of management system of the green belt monitoring of Beijing,including system framework,database structure,service interface,application module,and system function.The database of management system is comprised of topographic data,planning projects,and green belt data.The management system is developed by service-oriented architecture based on ArcGIS Server 9.3,.NET 2008,and Adobe Flex builder platform.The developed system provides several modules for browsing,inquiring,monitoring,and calculating the green belt data.The friendly and compact system could support the management and monitoring of the green belt of Beijing.
