摘    要:由于特高压输电线路工程输送距离长、建设规模大、地形复杂、施工管理难度大,利用无人机航摄技术和可视化管控系统1-2]能够实现施工建设现场安全、质量、环保水保、通道清理等方面管控目标。但由于无人机沿线路进行航摄会产生海量的遥感影像数据,从影像中获取施工现场信息工作量极大。本文结合AE和GIS技术3-5]研究无人机影像快速提取,实现从海量的无人机影像中快速准确地挑选塔基范围的影像成果数据,使管理人员在航摄完成当天即可获取施工现场的真实状况,实现了成果时效性的突破。

Abstract:An extra-high voltage project is long in distance transportation and is big in construction scale and is complex in terrain,thereby increasing the difficulty of construction management.The use of UAV technology and visualized management and control system,we can achieve control objectives of building construction site in safety,quality,environmental protection and water conservation,clean-up channel etc.By UAV aerial construction along the line,it will produce vast amounts of remote sensing data.Getting information from a massive construction site image,we need to spend a tremendous amount of work to complete.Combination of AE and GIS technology,we examined the rapid extraction method UAV image and realized quickly and accurately pick tower scope of the image data from the results of the mass of UAV image.In aerial finished the day construction managers can grasp the real situation of the construction site.Eventually we realized submitted the results of a breakthrough in terms of timeliness.
