不动产登记中的房产与地籍测绘数据整合

房产和地籍测绘数据作为不动产登记数据库不可或缺的组成部分,两者数据的整合是数据库建设的重要工作之一。此外,不动产单元与旧有各类登记单位的关联也依赖于测绘数据的整合。本文给出了一种可行的房产与地籍测绘数据整合路径,可解决面实体匹配和地物解释差异问题,并引入幢编号点要素数据。依赖于幢编号、自然幢、宗地三者的拓扑关系,以宗地为单位,整合房产与地籍测绘数据,建立自然幢和宗地的对应关系,并利用测绘数据生成登记要素数据。最后,给出了关于日常数据整合工作的若干建议。

Integration of Estate and Cadastral Surveying Data in Real Estate Registration

As estate and cadastral surveying data are indispensable parts of Real Estate Registration database,the integration of them is one of the most significant tasks in the database development.Besides,the association establishment between real estate unit and older units of other registrations also relies on the integration.In the research,a practical path of data integration is presented.In order to solve the problems of areal feature matching and difference of features interpretation,the point feature class of building code is introduced into the research.With the help of topology rules defined between feature classes of building code,natural building and cadastral parcel,the surveying data is integrated based on each cadastral parcel,while the association between natural building and cadastral parcel is established and those required registration feature classes are generated.At last,some suggestions on daily integration tasks are offered.
