摘    要:传统的地籍信息管理通常是国土资源各部门各自为政,数据不能互联互通,信息无法共享。由于地籍信息具有保密性,因此,采用C/S模式构建网络城镇地籍变更系统,实现统一部署、信息共享,提高地籍管理科学化水平。本文以丹东市城镇地籍信息系统为研究对象,根据系统需求分析,系统基于C/S构架进行开发,并采用强大的ArcEngine控件和Visual C#2010集成技术设计开发了城镇地籍信息系统,最终实现了地籍变更、国有土地使用证、土地使用权变更档案以及查询辅助功能等,不仅提高了数据准的确性和及时性,同时,使系统更加信息化、网络化。

Abstract:The traditional cadastral information management is usually independent departments of land and resources, cause data connectivity and Information cannot be shared.Because of the cadastral information confidentiality involved, therefore, the C/S model was used to construct network town cadastral change system, unification deployment, information sharing, improve the scientific management of cadastral.This article to build Dandong urban cadastral information system as the research object, according to the analysis of system requirements.System based on C/S architecture development.And the design and development of the cadastral alteration system of town is developed by using the powerful ArcEngine control and C# Visual 2010 integrated technology to design and development a town cadastral change system.The system can achieve cadastral change function, state-owned land use right and land use change file and auxiliary functions such as query.Not only improve the data accuracy and timeliness of data, make the system more information technology and network at the same time.
