| 摘 要： | 分析了地理国情普查数据成果的特点及普查数据成果质量评价的要求,从现行测绘成果质量检验标准的特点出发探讨了普查数据成果质量评价标准的设计思路,在此基础之上,结合对普查数据成果质量检查验收工作的实践总结,从抽样检查流程、质量评分方法及重点成果关键评定指标的针对性设计等方面,进一步分析了普查数据成果质量评价标准的实际应用效果,为开展常态化地理国情监测成果质量检验提供技术参考。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the distinguishing features of the first geographic national conditions investigation achievements and the corresponding quality evaluation of the achievements.It then anylyzed the working standards for surveying and mapping products and the basic thinking for the design of the specifications for the investigation achievements.Moreover,it summarized the practical experiences on the quality inspection and acceptance of investigation achievements,and discussed the innovation points and practical effects of the specifications from three aspects including the design of sample inspection procedure,data quality grade method and core index of key achievements,with the expectation of providing technical reference for the quality inspection and acceptance of national geographic conditions monitoring achievements. |
