南京市水利地理信息系统的设计与实现

随着南京市水利信息化建设工作的推进,各水利管理部门根据各自部门的业务需求开发建设了部分水利业务系统,但缺乏统一的技术标准、数据基础,建设的系统不能实现数据、功能的共建共享,制约了水利信息化建设。因此,基于统一基础地理数据、标准地理信息服务技术的水利地理信息系统的实现,可以为各类水利地理信息的集成共享管理、全市水利信息化的建设提供更为行之有效的技术支撑。

With the development of Nanjing water information , Some water competent departments have create water business system according the demand , these systems lack unified foundation geographic information and technical standards , these systems cannot achievecoconstruction and sharing of the dates and functions , restrict the saturation of water information .So based on unified founda-tion geographic information and standard geographic service technology ’ s, the implement of water GIS can provide more effect techni-cal supports for the integrated sharing of water information and Nanjing water information construction .
