| 摘 要： | 给出了“伽利略”卫星导航系统的组成、特点、提供的服务和时间计划，分析了系统的关键技术、星座建设规划和目前的进展情况，介绍了“伽利略”卫星导航系统建设过程中与中国的合作情况。通过对“伽利略”卫星导航系统的认识，对中国的COMASS系统建设及应用开发有一定的现实推动意义。
