数字城市地理空间框架的维护与服务关键技术的研究

新沂市被江苏省测绘局列为江苏省第一个县级市数字城市地理空间框架建设与应用示范试点。本文以新沂市为例,从数字新沂地理空间框架建设的目标成果以及目前地理信息资源应用与整合方面存在的问题入手,提出了数字新沂建设的总体技术框架以及维护和服务的关键技术,为城市各行业和各部门提供权威的、统一的、现势性强的地理空间基础数据的共享服务平台,促进城市地理空间数据的共建共享。

The Key Technology Research of Digital City Geo-spatial Framework Maintenance And Service

Xinyi city has been listed as the first country-level city in Jiangsu Province geo-spatial framework of digital city construction and demonstration pilot by Jiangsu Province bureau of surveying and mapping.This paper took Xinyi for example,from digital Xinyi geo-spatial framework targets as well as current problems in application and integration of geographic information resources to start,raising overall constructive technology framework and maintenance and service key technologies of digital Xinyi to provide authoritative,unified,strong current issues of geo-spatial data sharing service platform for all industries and departments of the City as well as promote urban common construction and common sharing of geospatial data.
