摘    要:三维光学面扫描系统和点测量系统满足反求逆向设计需求,适合产品在线质量检测。系统配合紧密,造价远远低于国外相应产品,对制造业和数字近景工业摄影测量发展起着重要作用。本文介绍了三维光学面扫描系统和点测量系统的内部符合精度评定,评定采用直接量测距离,即由距离中误差计算点位误差的方法。三维光学面扫描系统和点测量系统的精度评定对整套系统的使用具有一定的指导意义。
