| 摘 要： | 以可持续发展理论为指导,论述了城市可持续发展系统的理论框架、模型体系及评估体系。从系统的角度对城市可持续发展系统进行了剖析,认为城市可持续发展系统是由三要素、三层次构成的多维立体的社会发展系统;在技术方法上,采用了以“3S”技术为支撑的空间分析方法和模型;在城市可持续发展评估指标体系上,从目标层、系统层、变量层、指标层四个层次建立了城市可持续发展评估的指标体系。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of sustainable development ,this paper discusses theory framework,model system and indicator system of Urban sustainable development system(USDS).It analysizes USDS on the angle of system,and put forths that USDS is a complicated social system divided into three elements and three levels,also this paper discusses the spatial analytical models based on 3S technologies of USDS.At last,it puts fouth principle and frame of urban sustainable development indicator system. |
