| 摘 要： | 对GIS在住宅小区物业管理中的应用进行了研究，并以武汉南湖花园为实例，以Mapinfo为开发平台，以VB6．0为开发工具，建立了南湖花园物业管理信息系统，该系统基本实现了物业管理的各种基本功能。 |

| Abstract: | The application of GIS to the property management in the residential community has been discussed in this paper, and takes Wuhan nanhu garden as an example,using MapInfo as developing platform, VB6.0 as developing tool to form property management information system for Wuhan Nanhu garden,which manages to make the property management function. |
