对注册测绘师制度的思考与建议

注册测绘师制度自2007年实施以来,在实践过程中出现了一些问题。笔者结合自己的工作经验、体会以及接触到测绘地理信息业务的部分领域,从自身的角度提出了五条注册测绘师制度实施过程中存在的问题,并给出了关于解决这些问题的一些个人建议,其中核心是加强注册测绘师制度的宣传,建立一部可指导注册测绘师在各行各业中执业范围的标准,鼓励注册测绘师加强自身学习,提高执业水平和职业能力。权属抛砖引玉,供大家参考与探讨。

Exploration and Suggestions on Registered Surveyor System

Since the implementation of registered surveyor system in 2007,a few problems have arisen in the process of practice.Based on author’s own work experienceand familiar with some works of Surveying and mapping geographic information,the writer proposes five problems in the implementation of registered surveyor system from his own point of view,then gives some personal suggestions on solving these problems.among these suggestions,we will focus on establishing a standard that can guide registered surveyors to do their work,with the help of this standard,the registered surveyors will know what to do and what not to do in projects.And also encouraging registered surveyors to strengthen their own learning and improve their professional level and ability.Last,strengthening the publicity of registered surveyor system.These questions and suggestions belong to personal opinion,just for your reference.
