摘    要:GML和SVG解决了网络矢量图形图像发布存在的问题,为空间信息网上发布提供了新的方法和途径。本文探索了将SVG与GML结合应用于WebGIS的解决方案和应用模式,并详细分析了系统实现的体系结构和相关技术,着重论述了空间数据、GML与SVG之间的转换方法,最后给出了系统的应用实例。

Abstract:GML(Geography Markup Language)and SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)have solved the problems in publishing the vector graphics over the internet,and provided a new way of distributing spatial information through internet.This paper has explored the resolution and model of applying the combination of SVG and GML to the WebGIS and analyzed in detail the architecture and relative technologies of implementation.The spatial data and the method of GML and SVG conversion are discussed as an important point in this paper,and the example of actual application of this system is given in the last part of the paper.
