摘    要:本文针对建设用地全程监管多环节、多数据及关系复杂等特点,基于全程监管业务过程和业务需求,提出了面向过程的建设用地全程监管时空数据组织管理模型,探讨了模型组织与存储方式以及回溯与重建操作的实现方法。该模型实现了对建设用地全程监管时空数据语义的一体化组织和表达,可以通过增加辅助表的方式在关系型数据中实现,并能够简单高效的支持用地地块和用地项目的回溯与重建操作,提高建设用地全程监管的效率。

Process-oriented Spatio-temporal Data Model for Organizing and Management of Supervision Data of Construction Landuse

Abstract:To efficiently organize the spatio-temporal data of the construction landuse supervision, which is comprised by multi-stages and contains different kinds of data with complex relationships, a process-oriented spatio-temporal data model is put forward in this paper based on the analysis of the processes of the construction landuse supervision and the administrative needs. This model first adopts a hierarchical structure of three levels namely process, sequence and evolution to describe the semantics of supervision data of each stage, then divides the landuse status into corresponding levels to serve as input and output of processes, sequences and evolutions of different stages, and finally connect different stages with status as input and output. The conceptual model is easy to understand and can he realized in traditional relative database of construction landuse supervision by adding auxiliary tables. Also the object oriented data structure is defined based on it. By recording the spatio-temporal relationships of spatial entities, the spatial operations which are often computation intensive are avoided and the times of Cartesian product among tables are reduced during the data query implement. At the same time, the model can support the tracing and restoring operation easily and efficiently
