| Abstract: | This article outlines the methods of the internet planning and design and introduces the criteria for website design and planning and the key techniques needed. Based on the construction practices of the portal website system of the Ministry of Land and Resources ( MLR ) , this article elaborates main functions and contents of the system construction and discusses the technical framework and the realization of MLR portal website. |
