| 摘 要： | 土地变更调查省级检查是一项费时、费力的任务。为了提高土地变更调查省级检查的效率,确保检查结果的真实、准确性,本文提出了一套基于流程、数据版本的质检框架体系,设计实现了广东省土地变更调查省级检查系统。该系统可以实现灵活配置与方便使用的质检框架,集中管理质检规则,灵活制定质检方案,以适应不同年度质检规则变化。通过广东省土地调查规划院的应用,证明该系统可显著提高作业效率,保证检查结果的可靠性。

| Abstract: | Provincial inspection of land change survey is a time-consuming and laborious task. In order to improve the efficiency of provincial inspection of land change survey, to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of inspection results, a set of quality control framework is proposed based on process and data version. Then the provincial inspection system of land change survey in Guangdong Province is designed and implemented. The system can achieve flexible configuration and convenient use of quality inspection framework, management quality inspection rules intensively, custom quality program flexibility to adapt to different annual changes in quality inspection rules. Through the application of the Guangdong Provincial Land Survey and Planning Institute, it proves that the system can improve the operating efficiency significantly and ensure the reliability of the inspection results. |
