| 摘 要： | 第二次土地调查中的城镇地籍调查的最终目的是建立一个标准数据库管理系统，使外业图形数据和权属调查成果被统一的管理和调用。高质量的数据成果不仅体现在图形上，更重要的是其属性是否真实准确。因此，图形数据格式转换、属性数据完整入库就成为城镇地籍调查成果是否达标的重要衡量标准，入库时的数据质量控制更是重中之重。从数据入库的实践出发，介绍城镇地籍数据在入库时如何做好数据的质量控制，建库时遇到的问题及解决办法。对最终数据进行质量检验，结果表明地籍数据库质量检验方法可行。
