| 摘 要： | 分析了ArcIMS的体系结构及其运行机制,基于ArcIMS3.1平台并结合JApplet技术、JSP技术等,提出一种新的具有多层结构的WebGIS解决方案,并结合具体实例阐述了其在电子政务信息系统中的实现.

| Abstract: | It introduces theory and technology of WebGIS and ArcIMS, analyzing deeply the system framework and running mechanism of ArcIMS. Based on the ArcIMS3.1, integrated with the technology of JApplet and JSP, an architecture of WebGIS is put forward. The realization is vertified on the East-Alliance Electronic Govemment Information System Oriented GIS Data. |
