| 摘 要： | 地理国情监测是一项覆盖全国的长期、持续、空间重叠性高的任务，在这个过程中需要获取大量像控点。通过搭建像控点数据库和管理系统，将像控点入库统一管理，实现不同时间和空间重叠区域像控点资源共享，节约大量时间和人力、物力资源。通过实验区域像控点数据库建库和数据库管理系统研发，实现像控点资源共享。研究成果可推广应用于全国范围内的像控点建库和像控点数据库管理。

| Abstract: | The National Geographical Condition Monitoring , as a long-term nationwide, sustained, high spatial overlap tasks , needs to get a lot of Image Control Points .The Construction of Image Control Point Database and Management System would save a lots of Workload of Image Control Points surveying in different times and overlapping areas , so that we can save a lot of time , manpower and material resources .In the experimented area , the sharing of Image Control Points is realized successfully by this Study .And these research results can be used widely . |
