| 摘 要： | 介绍了WebGIS的概念和特点，详细论述了实现WebGIS的一些关键技术；提出了解决基于网络的海量数据的数据结构组织的传输方案，以及如何在WebGIS的开发中引入ODBC技术，ASP技术来实现数据的管理，另外，提出了几点建立WebGIS应考虑的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper recommends the concept and trait of WebGIS, describes the key technique in detail and offers a way to solve the data origanization and data transmission based on Internet.At the same time, how to use ASP and ODBC in WebGIS to realize the data management is discribed. And some other questions concerned in establishing WebGIS are pointed out. |
