| 摘 要： | 图文一体化已成为电子政务信息化建设的一项基本要求。基于模型级图文一体化的集成方式基本上解决了电子政务建设过程中GIS图形系统和工作流审批系统的开发相对独立的问题。模型级图文一体化的集成方式代表了GIS与工作流技术集成的发展趋势。本文以江苏省国土资源电子政务基础平台中GIS与工作流的集成为实例,研究了该电子政务平台中GIS的体系结构及GIS功能的划分,并从数据集成、用户权限角色集成、功能集成、用户界面集成等四个方面对国土资源电子政务平台实现图文的一体化。并在模型层次对GIS与工作流的集成进行了初步尝试。

| Abstract: | The graphic-attributes integration has become the basic requirement of the information construction of the E-government.Integrating GIS and workflow at modeling level can solve the problem,which is the development of GIS and workflow management system unattached during the construction of E-government.With the example of integrating GIS and workflow in JiangSu province land resources E-government platform,the paper presents the architecture of GIS system and the classification of GIS functions.The integration work is processed on four aspects,which are the integration of GIS and attribute data,the integration of privilege,the integration of function,and the integration of user interface.Finally,the integration method of GIS and workflow at modeling level is introduced. |
