GML存储方法分析研究

针对GML存储的研究现状,本文分类并研究了基于对象关系数据库和XML本原数据库的四种GML存储方法,并在深入分析其优势和缺陷的基础上,从面向GML的值查询、空间查询、结构查询、空间索引的支持程度以及文档还原能力几个方面,对现有的存储方法进行了对比分析,指出了GML存储研究不应当仅局限于GML文档的"存",更应当关注存储后的"取"等应当进一步关注的关键技术问题。

Analysis on GML storage methods

GML and similar to GML forms of data come forth in large number while GML becoming international standards and China`s national standards.GML document contains lots of redundant information for expressing the real world with semi-structured texts.For this reason,GML is not so competent when dealing with massive data.In this paper,the author compared four sorts of GML storage methods which are based on object-relational database and XML-based database.The comparison analysis of the research was absorbed in GML value querying,GML spatial querying,GML structure querying,the capacity of spatial index support and GML data reconstruction.The conclusion was that GML storage study ought to not be merely limited to GML storage,more attention should be paid to acquisition of GML data.
