地理信息系统支持区域土地利用决策的研究

摘    要:本文以江苏省溧阳县为例,研究地理信息系统技术在区域土地利用多目标规划中的应用,着重探讨地理信息系统支持的区域土地利用决策原理和方法。研究表明,在地理信息系统的支持下,通过单项适宜性评价模型和生产布局决策模型的建立与运行,可以有效地进行研究区合理的土地利用布局和为区域土地管理提供依据。

Abstract:Taking Liyang County of Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper deals with the ap-plication of GIS technology in the multi purpose regional land use planning, with its emphasis on the principle and method for regional land use decision making supported by GIS. This study was divided into several phases: (1) determination of the economic trees including tea, Chinese chestnut, mulberry, China fir and masson pine as the targets of land suitability evalu-ation and identification of their land use requirements utilizing the Delphi technique; (2) de-sign of the spatial data bases and analysis software system consisting of the data structure con-version, neighborhood analysis, buffer operations, overlay analysis, interpolation, and reclassifi-cation; (3) modeling of the land suitability evaluation and the production layout decision ma-king by applying the mathematical methcxls. The study has shown that using GIS technology in land suitability evaluation will make the evaluation more flexible and efficient than the conventional methods. Based on GIS tech-nology the conventional land suitability evaluation will easily be extended to the production layout decision-making. Finally, GIS technology will be in great favour of putting forward efficient measures for sustainable land use in a region on the basis of land suitability evalua-tion.
