| Abstract: | Under the background of the global climate variation, a meteorological record, which is the warmest year in 1998, has been setted in Qinghai province. Known from the material analysis, the primary causes of formation are the factor of the global climate becoming warmer and the abnormality of some of the global circulations in 1998, and drought and loss of water and soil as well as land desertification. |
