河西走廊沙产业效益评价初探

选择甘肃河西走廊为研究区域,回顾了河西走廊发展沙产业的历程和采取的对策,探讨了沙产业效益评价的理论基础(包括评价指标体系建立的原则、评价步骤、评价方法以及指标体系的选择),进而对沙产业实施后的生态效益、经济效益、社会效益的评价进行了尝试研究,并将沙产业生态效益评价分为土地资源评价、荒漠化状况评价、植被资源评价、生态系统评价、气象与气候因子评价、地形地貌评价6类。并以有年金龙有限责任公司和甘肃三鑫农林科技有限公司为例,分析了河西走廊及相关企业发展沙产业后取得的效益。还提出沙产业效益评价应同沙产业理论和实践一同作为今后研究的重点。
