摘    要:生态足迹模型作为一种可持续发展程度的生物物理评价方法,以其较为科学、完善的理论基础和精简统一的指标体系,以及方法的普适性得到国内外学者的大量应用。利用生态足迹分析方法对福建南平地区2000~2003年的生态足迹和生态承载力进行了研究,结果表明,南平地区人均生态足迹由2000年的1.750 hm2上升到2003年的2.057 hm2,生态赤字由2000年0.465 hm2上升至2003年的0.735 hm2,年均增长速率为16.96%,说明人类对自然资源的利用逐年增加,目前已超出了自然生态系统生态承载力的范围,生态环境处于不安全状态。

Abstract:The ecological footprint method is a biophysical assessment method of the human appropriation of ecological capacity,for measuring the ecological imperative of sustainability.It is applied widely all over the world because of its scientific theory basis,unitiveindex system and methodological universality.The ecological footprint and ecological capacity of Nanping prefecture from 2000 to 2003 was studied in the paper.The results showed that the ecological footprint(per capita) of Nanping prefecture increased from 1.890 ha in 2000 to 2.205 ha in 2003,and that the ecological deficit(per capita) increased from 0.465 ha in 2000 to 0.735 ha with annual speed of 16.96%.The research indicates that the utilization of natural resource in Nanping prefecture increased year after year and was beyond the capacity of the natural ecological system,and that the ecological environment was at risk.
