盐湖卤水制备工业级氢氧化镁和氧化镁中氯的存在形式研究

摘    要:氯离子作为利用盐湖镁资源制备高端镁产品的主要杂质,严重影响了产品的应用价值。为探索出氯离子的存在形式,有效降低氯含量,文章通过SEM、EDS等物理表征方法,结合化学分析检测手段,设计了三种研究方案,探明了盐湖卤水制备工业级Mg(OH)_2和MgO中杂质氯的存在形式有结合态和游离态两种。结合Mg(OH)_2和MgO的生产工艺,还系统分析了产品中氯的形成机理,对生产过程中控制和降低氯杂质提供了合理化建议。

Abstract:Chloride ion is the main impurity in the preparation of high-end magnesium products from salt lake magnesium resources,which seriously affects the application value of the products.In order to explore the existence form of chlorine ion and effectively reduce the content of chlorine,this paper designed three research schemes through SEM,EDS and other physical characterization methods,combined with chemical analysis and detection means,and proved that the existence form of impurity chlorine in industrial grade Mg(OH)2 and MgO prepared by salt lake brine has two forms:bonded state and free state.Combined with the production process of Mg(OH)2 and MgO,the formation mechanism of chlorine in the products was analyzed systematically,and some reasonable suggestions were provided for controlling and reducing chlorine impurities in the production process.
