A Study on the Development Strategy of Yiluo River Basin

The distinctive human environment and regional economy of Yiluo river basin is due to complex natural circumstance, plentiful natural resources and long development history. Based on the basic characters and main problems, the paper put forward some basic principles and strategic emphases of development, expecting providing scientific rationale for the sustainable development of Yiluo river basin. The principles include economic development first, the combination of making the county rich and making the people rich, harmonious development of each section, the harmony of economic development and protection of ecology environment. The strategic emphases include the optimization of agriculture production spatial structure and improvement of economic network structure, the reasonable exploration of natural resources and development of rural industry, the exploration of ecology tourism.
