我国人口大省与地域大省适宜规模研究--以河南省为例

文章阐述了河南省长期维持近1亿人口大省的规模是导致该省教育长期落后,社会经济恶性循环的重要原因;对我国人口大省的适宜规模进行分析,提出将河南省划分为郑州直辖市与新河南省的参考方案。最后对我国地域大省的适宜规模进行分析,并对划分的原则及南海诸岛4个行政区的设立等问题提出了4条建议。

Analysis about the Suitable Size of the Population Large Province and the Region Large Province--An Example of Henan Province

This article firstly states that the important reason that leads to Henan education long_term laying behind and makes Henan's social economy into vicious circle is Henan sustains population large province in scale for long time, about 100 million population. Then, according to analyzing, the appropriate scale of population large province in China, it gives reference program that divide Henan province into Zhengzhou municipality directly under the central government and new Henan province. At last, this article analyses proper scale of region large province in China, and raise four suggestions on providing principle of region large province in China, establishing four administrative areas in various south sea island.
