不同职能城市土地利用结构影响因素分析

根据2007年地级以上城市的土地和社会经济数据,采用主成分、聚类分析、相关分析等方法,分析不同职能城市土地利用结构特征及影响因素。结果表明:(1)根据城市职能主因子得分,结合城市规划及发展实际,将地级以上规模城市分为区域综合性城市、第二产业城市、交通城市、文化旅游城市、地方中心城市5类。(2)不同职能城市土地利用结构信息熵以中等水平为主,土地利用类型多样性提升空间较大。(3)经济因素、产业结构、基础设施和城市人口等是影响土地利用结构的主要因素,但对不同职能城市用地结构的影响次序和影响程度异质性明显。

Analysis of the Driving Factors of Urban Land Use Structure in Different Function Cities

The purpose of this paper is to analyze characteristics and driving factors of urban land use structure in different function cities,and so as to provide references for macro-regulation of land use.According to the land and socio-economic data of cities at prefecture level and above in 2007,methods of principal component analysis,clustering analysis and correlation analysis were used in order to study the characteristics and driving factors differences of urban land use structure.The results showed:(1)According to the principal component scores of different function cities,combining with urban planning and development practice,we can divide cities at prefecture level and above into regional comprehensive city,the second industrial city,the transportation city,cultural and tourism city,local central city.(2)The urban land use information entropy of different function cities is in the middle level,there is large space to improve for information entropy.(3)The main driving factors of urban land use structure are economic factors,industrial,transportion facilities level and urban population,however.the impact order and impact degree are different for different function cities.
