京津冀都市圈主要服务业集聚的空间特征

以就业人数为基础数据,运用全局主成分分析、空间基尼系数、克鲁格曼专业化指数、区位熵、转移-份额分析等方法,测度了京津冀都市圈主要服务业集聚的整体状况、行业特征以及各城市分工程度和专门化率。空间上整体呈现出典型非均衡的单中心、大梯度等级化集聚的发展态势;商务服务、信息服务、科技服务和房地产等行业的专业化优势最明显;各城市主要服务业内部的结构差异较大,专业化分工也较明显;北京的高端行业具有绝对的竞争优势和行业优势,其他9个城市也各有一定的比较优势。服务业集聚的驱动力包括专业化分工、竞争与协作和网络创新等自组织及政府干预等他组织2种作用机制。

Research on Space Character of Major Service Agglomeration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region

Using employment numbers as basic data and applying generalized principal component analysis,spatial Gini-coefficient,Krugman specialization index,location quotient,shift-share analysis and other methods,the article measured the model of locality distribution,the industrial characteristics,the specialized rate of every city’s industry and its comparative advantage about the major service in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region.The general spatial distribution showed itself the situation of typical non-balancing single center and large gradient level of development: those knowledge-intensive,technology-intensive and capital-intensive industries such as business services,information services,technology services and real estate industry are most outstanding in our nation;the structure differences of major service’s internal industry are large;the division of labor based on specialization about each city are distinctive;the high-end services of Beijing had absolute competition advantage and industrial advantage,the other 9 cities also had some comparative advantage.The drive power of services agglomeration includes self-organizing and other-organizing.
