| 摘 要： | 当前，江苏沿江地区已成为其经济社会发展的核心区域。文章在着重分析目前江苏沿江化工产业带开发带来的生态环境影响的基础上，提出了加强化工产业的环境管理、推进化工产业与水环境可持续发展的具体措施，最终把沿江化工产业带建设成为可持续发展的示范区、新型工业化的推进区、生态建设的先导区。

| Abstract: | Yangtze River Drainage Area has become the core of economic and social developrnent in Jiangsu Province. In this paper, the effects of chemical industry development on Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province are emphasized. The countermeasures of sustainable development between chemical industry development and water environment are brought forward in order to take effective actions to construct chemical industry garden to be sustainable developing leading section, newly industrialized boosting section, ecology constructing forerunner. |
