我国城镇化与农村发展耦合协调时空特征及机制

构建城镇化和农村发展水平评价指标体系以揭示我国城镇化和农村发展水平格局,并通过建立耦合协调度模型探究二者协调程度的时空演变,探讨城镇化和农村耦合协调发展机制。结果表明:(1)2000—2015年,我国东西部城镇化水平存在明显差异,城镇化整体水平有所提升,但区域之间差距逐渐拉大,农村发展水平不断提高,其变化幅度没有城镇化剧烈,但仍存在显著的区域差异。(2)2000年以来我国城镇化和农村发展耦合协调度显著提升,区域之间差距有逐步缩小的趋势,东部沿海地区耦合协调度较高,西部地区整体较低,我国城镇化和农村发展耦合协调格局已初步形成。(3)以要素→结构→功能为主线分析了城镇化和农村耦合协调发展机制,要素耦合、结构耦合和功能耦合是城镇化和农村发展耦合协调的3个表现层次。

Spatial-temporal Characteristics and Mechanism of Urbanization and Rural Development Coupling Coordination in China

This article reveals the pattern of urbanization and rural development level in China by constructing the assess index system of the two aspects , and explores their coordinative degree both in time and space through the establishment of coupling coordination degree model of urbanization and rural development .The developing mechanism in urbanization and rural coupling coordinated development is also discussed .The main conclusions are as follows:①It shows a significant difference of urbanization level in Chinese east and west rural areas , the overall level of urbanization has improved from the year of 2000 to 2015 while the gap was extending gradually among re-gions.Rural development in China which has a less intensity degree than urbanization level has improved continu-ously with a marked regional difference during the study period .② The coupling coordination degree between ur-banization and rural development level in China dramatically improves since the year of 2000 with a tendency of re-duction , which has a high level in eastern coastal China while western area has a low level in a whole .The pattern of urbanization and rural development in China has been formed preliminarily .③With the principal line of essen-tial factor, structure and function , coupling elements , coupling structure and coupling function are regarded as the three levels of performance of coupling coordination in urbanization and rural development .
