| 摘 要： | 旅游开发过程中对社区居民利益问题的研究是现代旅游发展的新方向,关注公众的利益要求可促使旅游开发朝着良性、生态的方向前进。以利益相关者理论为基础,运用问卷调查的方法,以沈阳棋盘山国际风景旅游开发区社区居民为实证研究对象,对其利益要求、实现方式及存在的问题进行了深入分析。结果表明,社区居民利益要求满意度最差的是参与管理,最好的是改善生活环境;利益要求实现方式主要是依靠政府及法律;核心利益集中在征地动迁补偿及就业方面。最后提出相关建议,为政府的发展战略制定和角色调整提供决策依据,以期旅游业健康良性发展。 |
