| Abstract: | Taking a land consolidation project for construction of citrus industrial belt in Wanzhou,Chongqing as an example,this paper discussed how land consolidation project could advance agricultural industry(construction of citrus industrial belt) ,by soil improvement and agricultural infrastructure construction from engineering technology and biological technology.
