| 摘 要： | 以京津地区为研究对象,从区域城市化的角度构建评价指标体系,运用数据包络分析(DEA)模型和方法,对近14年京津地区空间开发的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率进行研究.结果表明:从总体上看,京津地区空间开发效率较好,其中技术效率平均值最高;全部评价年度处于规模收益不变和规模收益递增的状态;投影分析表明有7年存在投入冗余和产出不足现象.最后提出京津地区空间开发应继续加大技术投入,优化资源配置,适度控制资源投入规模,从而实现DEA综合有效.
